### Thinking about

Two words keep coming up throughout my research: **irony** and **ambiguity**. Irony lets us practice not taking ourselves too seriously…or it gives us a hiding place from vulnerability. And ambiguity is becoming a dirty word on social, where a sort of [weird tribalism](https://www.memorydoll.com/everyone-is-twelve-now/) still chugs along unchecked.
